WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Standard International free shipping items delivered 10-30 business days depending on the product shipping on all orders.
We ship using UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS. We do not cover damaged/lost package.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. This Shipping Policy applies to all the products purchased on Shockwave Therapy Pro.
Shockwave Therapy Pro is committed to delivering the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customers on the checkout page.
To optimize delivery, we request customers to provide an address where orders can be delivered within normal business hours.
For security reasons, Shockwave Therapy Pro will not send any orders to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any orders when it is not possible to identify the recipient and their address.

Shockwave Therapy Pro ships to the lower 48 states of the USA.

We use a number of shipping providers including UPS Freight, FEDEX Freight, and USPS.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own state’s policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Shockwave Therapy Pro provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number to trace your order to your door.
DELAYS
Shockwave Therapy Pro is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Shockwave Therapy Pro is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to the corresponding post office and the customer must pick it up from there.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Shockwave Therapy Pro will not take charge or make returns for lost or undelivered packages due to wrong shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Shockwave Therapy Pro recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example, your home or place of employment. Shockwave Therapy Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if the provided address is incorrect.
SHIPPING COMPLETED
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment Shockwave Therapy Pro makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

At Shockwave Therapy Pro, we strive to ship your order using the fastest and most reliable methods available. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please track your package on the carrier's website or by contacting them directly for a smoother experience.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on most items. Free shipping is not applicable to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international sales. This offer covers our standard shipping methods and does not include expedited or special delivery options.
Special Shipping Conditions
Due to size, weight, and export limitations, some items on our website may not be eligible for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and international locations. We strongly advise contacting us before placing an order if shipping to any of these locations. Orders will be canceled and fully refunded if not confirmed prior to ordering.
Freight Services
Some items, such as medical tables, parallel bars, racks, and cabinets, are too heavy or large and need to be shipped via freight services. This includes dock-to-dock or curbside delivery only. Our website automatically calculates a flat fee for this service. After placing an order, actual shipping costs will be calculated based on the buyer's zip code and shipping preferences, which must be paid before we process the order. Residential deliveries of these freight shipments are subject to a shipping surcharge, which will be calculated after placing the order.
Please note that these items may take up to three weeks to manufacture. We recommend consulting with one of our representatives before ordering to find out estimated shipping times. Additional shipping services, such as lift-gate, inside delivery, and white glove services, may be purchased separately. Ensure you provide a phone number with your order for scheduling freight shipments.
Inspection and Delivery
We strongly advise you to inspect packages for delivery damages before signing anything. If you notice damage and/or a missing piece, do not sign and contact us immediately. The buyer must be present at the arranged time of delivery, and the location must be ready to receive the item. Any delays, re-delivery, or storage may cause extra charges that must be paid before delivering the item.
International Shipping
We are glad to offer our products and services to customers around the world. You can purchase your product online or contact us via phone or email. Different shipping methods are available for your convenience, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and more. If you would like to use your own carrier, that's fine too. Please contact us before ordering to arrange your shipping. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Ensure the items you are purchasing are compatible with your country's electric current.
Custom-Made Items
Please note that custom-made items are not returnable, and the buyer is responsible for both-way shipping charges and any storage fees in case of an authorized return.
