RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the terms below. Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and that Sale Items are final sale and not eligible for return. Only defective items reported within 14 days of delivery can be returned.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@shockwavetherapypro.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:
To the original manufacturer address that shipped to them. It will be provided to them. The address will be in one of these countries: Germany, China, Israel, Australia, Ukraine, Hungary and others.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
● No item can be returned unless it is reported defective within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy
Shockwave Therapy Pro accepts order cancellations prior to the product being shipped. If a customer wishes to cancel an order due to a mistake and the product has not been shipped out, the customer can cancel the order by emailing us at info@shockwavetherapypro.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When the Product is Incorrect, Damaged by the Carrier, or Defective in Another Way

Shockwave Therapy Pro does not accept returns of orders that may have been damaged by the carrier, defective, or incorrect.

Customer Remorse
Shockwave Therapy Pro does not accept returns for customer remorse.be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package within 3 working days. We will ensure you receive your full refund upon receipt of your returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware as stock levels may change, we always ask you to email us first. We will ensure your case is dealt with fully to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
