Pulse Wave™ Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Shockwave Therapy Pro and investing in the Pulse Wave™ Focused Shockwave System. We appreciate your trust in our technology and commitment to providing advanced therapeutic care.

Please review the following terms carefully, as they govern all sales, cancellations, and related matters for Pulse Wave™ devices.

1. Overview

All sales of Pulse Wave™ devices are considered final upon order confirmation. Due to the specialized nature of medical and therapeutic equipment, devices are built, tested, and shipped per order specifications. Once an order is processed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change prior to shipment.
Shockwave Therapy Pro accepts order cancellations only before the product has shipped.

To request a cancellation:

Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will confirm cancellation in writing within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped through our authorized U.S. fulfillment or manufacturing partners.
All shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance or global logistics conditions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring receipt at the listed address.

4. Warranty & Service

Each Pulse Wave™ device is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty covering parts and labor for defects in materials or workmanship under normal clinical use.
Warranty service and support are provided directly by Shockwave Therapy Pro’s U.S.-based technical team.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

Pulse Wave™ devices are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance.
Once an order has shipped and ownership has transferred, all sales are final.
This policy applies to both domestic and international customers.

6. Limitations of Liability

Shockwave Therapy Pro and its affiliates are not responsible for carrier-related damages, delays, or errors in transit.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy in full.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy — Other Brands

Thank you for choosing one of our premium products through Shockwave Therapy Pro. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing a transparent and efficient purchasing experience.
This policy applies to all non–Pulse Wave™ products, including but not limited to REMY FX, VisionBody, HealthyLine, and other therapeutic and wellness devices sold by Shockwave Therapy Pro.

1. Overview
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
Please note that all returns must meet the eligibility requirements listed in this policy to be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

  • The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our support team before shipping back the product.
    Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or installed.

  • Custom-ordered or special-order products.

  • Products reported as defective after 14 days of delivery.

4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, email info@shockwavetherapypro.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Carefully package the item with all original materials and ship via a trackable method. Please note, customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that customers use a trackable method to mail their return.

6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable.

When the Product is Incorrect, Damaged by the Carrier, or Defective in Another Way Shockwave Therapy Pro does not accept returns of orders that may have been damaged by the carrier, defective, or incorrect.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are processed as separate transactions for inventory accuracy.

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at info@shockwavetherapypro.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
Our team will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
