What if I want to return my mat?

  • Limited Warranty Returns: Our products come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects. If an issue arises, contact our support team for troubleshooting. If a defect is confirmed, we'll replace the controller or unit at no cost within the warranty period. Returning the defective item may be required.

We Love Our TAO Matt

We love our TAO matt its high quality and versatile. We use it in bed for hip and back pain and its easy for me to take to the office to treat my feet (neuropathy) while working at my desk.

I use it with a weighted blanket and massaging eye mask and it can change my nervous system/mood in just 15 minutes. My Favorite Mats Ever

I have been using these mats for many years and recently upgraded. You really cant go wrong with any choice. They are so well made, far better than any heating pad, and the customer service is great. I have two Tao mats now, one with PEMF and one without and my old war torn Tao mat I donated to my senior pups who love to lay all over it. Worth the investment!

Noticed POSITIVE shifts after ONE nightthe very first night! Better, more restful sleep in general was needed and Im getting that. Promoting my hip area to rejuvenate and healless pain nearly immediately. AMAZING and beautifully designed/stitching is incredible. I love that I can see the healing gemstones.
